Admission Information

For application to kindergarten :

Our Pre-Primary Section offers admission earliest to Nursery. We allocate places on first come first serve basis to Nursery and as per the seats/vacancies in the Lower K.G. & Upper K.G. irrespective of race, religion, gender or financial status. In this section we prepare our children for the curriculum requirements in Class 1 in primary section.

  • Admissions are invited from 1st January for the subsequent academic year starting in June.
  • When a parent comes first time to school, he/she is required to fill enquiry slip and submit it to the reception. A formal meeting with the concerned authority is arranged thereafter.
  • Once fully satisfied and ready to abide with the working system of the school, parents can procure admission forms from the reception.
  • Then the filled-in forms along with photocopies of all the supporting documents are be submitted to the reception before 31st of the issued month. Upon the receipt of the filled in application, an acknowledgement letter with specific face presentation date will be handed over from the reception.
  • On the face presentation day , at the scheduled time, parents are expected to accompany their child with all the supporting documents, in original, as listed below.
  • If the admission is confirmed, parents are required to complete all admission formalities along with fees submission within the stipulated time limit. Otherwise admission will not be considered confirmed.
  • List of supporting documents to be submitted:
    • Xerox copy of Birth Certificate (Notarized / Self attested).
    • Two passport size photographs.
    • Caste Certificate (if applicable)

For application to Primary Section:

Our Primary Section offers admission from Class 1 to Class 8 (if there are any vacancies in any particular class) . Student should have passed the previous class from any reputed English Medium School. We allocate the vacant places only on merit basis -irrespective of race, religion, gender or financial status. Once all the vacancies get filled, the remaining list of candidates is put in wait list. Their confirmation is done regularly, as and when any new vacancy is created. Management reserves the right to accept or deny admissions.

  • Admissions are invited from 1st April for the academic year starting in June.
  • When parent come to school to enquire about the details, they are required to fill enquiry slip available at the reception. A formal meeting with the principal or concerned authority is arranged thereafter.
  • Once fully satisfied and ready to abide with the working system of the school, parents can procure admission forms from the reception.
  • Filled-in forms along with photocopies of all the supporting documents can be submitted at the front desk before 15th April. On receipt of the filled in application form, the candidate will be given an application acknowledgement letter with Bachpan Admission Test (BAT) date and time specified on it.
  • Candidate should be present in time, collect the seat number to appear for the BAT.
  • The common results will be put on the display board and special message will be delivered to the deserving candidates.
  • The vacancies are filled on merit basis.
  • If an admission is confirmed, the candidate is required to complete all admission formalities along with fees within the stipulated time only. Otherwise the chance will be given to the next in merit list.
  • List of supporting documents to be submitted:
    • Xerox copy of Birth Certificate (Notarized / Self attested).
    • Two passport size photographs.
    • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    • Original School Leaving Certificate.
    • Xerox copy of the last result card (Self attested).

For application to Secondary Section:

Our Secondary Section offers admission for class 9 & class 10 (if there are any vacancies in any particular class). Student should have passed the previous class from any reputed English Medium School. We allocate places on the basis of three criteria: 1. Result of last examination appeared 2. Performance in written Bachpan Admission Test (BAT) 3. Personal interviews by appropriate authority of the school, irrespective of race, religion, gender or financial status. The Principal reserves the right to accept or deny any application without having to assign reasons for this action. Admissions to this school are restricted by certain Government regulations and by conditions of age, ability and conduct.

Age Criteria

The age criteria for the admission to various classes in the Pre-Primary Section for the academic year starting from June is as mentioned below:

Financial Aid

Each year Bachpan Foundation Board of Trustees designates an amount of financial aid to be awarded to economically poor families. To receive financial Aid, Request Forms are available at reception. Please complete and return the Financial Aid Request form along with photo copy of Pan Card to reception. Families must reapply for financial aid each year so grants may be adjusted if the family’s financial situation changes. Financial aid is available at all grade levels.
